Moray lighthouse closing temporarily

Covesea Lighthouse will be closed to the public for three days next week.

A spokesperson for the visitor attraction said: "Due to operational reasons and public safety, the whole of Covesea Lighthouse estate, including the grounds and car park, will be closed from 7am on Monday until 7pm on Wednesday.

"We apologies for any inconvenience and normal operations will resume as soon as possible.

"We thank you for your understanding."
