Moray man fined for sending intimate images

A 60-year-old Moray man who sent intimate images of a woman to another woman has been fined £720 at Inverness Sheriff Court.
Offshore worker Alexander Mackintosh of Thornhill Drive, Elgin appeared before Sheriff Gary Aitken and admitted a charge of threatening or abusive behaviour.
He pleaded guilty to sending two images via social media on July 2, 2021.
Defence solicitor Marc Dickson said: "He had been drinking and bitterly regrets what he did."
Sheriff Aitken also imposed a one year non-harassment order.
