Moray pupils offered in-school support after death of teenagers in A941 crash
SUPPORT is being offered to school pupils in Moray after a crash that resulted in the death of two teenagers.
A 16-year-old, who has not yet been named, and 17-year-old Marcus Beck, from Elgin, were killed when an e-bike they were passengers on was in a collision involving four cars.
The crash happened on the A941 between Elgin and Lossiemouth on Monday, March 25, with the two teenagers pronounced dead at the scene.

A 14-year-old, who was driving the e-bike, was taken to Dr Gray’s Hospital along with a 54-year-old man, who was driving one of the cars involved.
Moray Council confirmed that professional support is being offered to those affected by the incident, with special assemblies having been held.
A council spokesperson said: “Our thoughts at this time are very much with the families of the young people who lost their lives.
“Our educational psychology team and school chaplains have been supporting school pupils affected throughout this difficult time.
“Special assemblies have been held and guidance and support staff are available to pupils and staff as the whole school community takes time to come to terms with the tragic news.
“We have an established pathway to offer support and will continue to offer this to those impacted.”
