Moray sky-watcher captures last night's Northern Lights dance

A REGULAR Moray sky-watcher captured a wonderful light show above Lossiemouth last night.

Photographer Michelle Cumming also snapped several jet trails made by RAF Lossiemouth aircraft as the clearly visible Merry Dancers put on a celestial ballet.

Michelle said: "What a show last night!

"The Northern Lights lit up the sky with an amazing display and it created a fantastic backdrop for night flying from RAF Lossiemouth.

"I'm just in awe at what a wonderful place we live in. No need to travel to Iceland – we have it all on the Moray coast."
