Moray Council is asking keyworkers for their childcare needs over summer and beyond.

Children have been looked after at hubs across Moray since March 30 to allow their parents to do their jobs.

However, with the summer holidays approaching, the council wants to assess the demand then as well as further into the future.

To be entitled to places both parents must be keyworkers, and there should be no other childcare options available.

Moray Council’s Chief Education Officer, Vivienne Cross, said: "The range and quality of activities on offer so far has been incredible and the tireless dedication of our staff and volunteers has been tremendous.

"While we expect this to continue we’re aware that many families will be taking well-earned holidays and our summer programme may reflect a reduced demand on our keyworker childcare hubs."

A survey issued by the council can be viewed here.

It should be completed by midnight on Sunday.
