A crowd well in excess of 10,000 attended the biennial event in the town on Sunday, June 3.

Organised as a thank you to the Elgin and Moray community for their support to Rotary over the year, the event was blessed with glorious sunshine.

There were more than 350 modern cars on show, with motorbikes and classic vehicles there too.

Andy Jamieson, Elgin Rotary president said: "It was a lovely day and the weather certainly helps pull in the crowds."

For a full report and six page picture special, see The Northern Scot print edition on Friday, June 8.
