Moray's Mystery Crocheter creates jubilee tribute in Elgin

Thanks to Moray's Mystery Crocheter this post box in the Bishopmill district of Elgin now possesses a regal look.

Fans of the popular Minion cartoon characters will know they were once involved in a plot to steal the crown jewels.

Likewise, fans of the Mystery Crocheter will be well aware that his or her identity remains a secret.

The only time they were caught on CCTV was late one night earlier this year while placing a new woollen creation in Elgin's Thunderton Place.

However the grainy images of a figure in the dark wearing a mask, a hat and a large coat only added to the puzzle.

Meanwhile, another equally excellent post box topper has also appeared in Roseisle.
