New Disability Access Panel appeal for Moray members

MEMBERS are being sought for a new panel aiming to improve access to services of disabled people in Moray.

Tuesday, November 1 from 10am to 12 noon will see the first meeting of the Disability Access Panel for Moray held.

Disability Equality Scotland is looking for new members to join the panel in Moray to promote inclusive design and accessibility in the area. Also on the agenda will be a discussion on the typical work of an access panel, as well as what being part of a panel might be like, such as different roles individuals could take up.

In addition, members will find out how this forum will be working to improve both access and the design of services and more for disabled people in Moray.

The meeting will be held online via Zoom.
