MacMoray Festival band reaction: 'I would gladly come back every year'

CROWD reaction to MacMoray Festival was overwhelmingly positive – and that positivity was matched by the acts who performed.

Five, B*Witched and The Sweet were just three bands that said they would love to return to Elgin next year.

B*Witched singer Edele Lynch said: "The crowd were amazing, I would gladly come back here every year."

Richie Neville, from Five, praised the crowd, saying: "I didn't know how big it was going to be, but I was really pleasantly surprised – they were a great crowd."

Band member Scott Robinson added: "We will see you next year – with a bit of negotiation!"

The line-up for 2024 is a long way from being confirmed, but event organiser Andy Macdonald did confirm that seven acts have already been booked.
