Clive Hewes was reported missing by his family on Saturday, March 7.

Clive, who is known locally as ‘Maz’ or ‘Mazzy’ was last seen around midday on Monday, March 2.

The 46-year-old has not been seen or in contact with anyone since this time and concern is growing for his welfare.

Clive is described as around 5 foot 10 inches tall, slim to medium build, brown shaved hair, clean shaven, grey eyes. He was last seen wearing dark coloured jeans, a black and grey jacket and white trainers.

Sergeant Neil Morrison, of the Lossiemouth community policing team, said: “As the passage of time increases we are becoming very concerned for his welfare and it is imperative that we trace his current whereabouts as soon as possible.

"Several lines of enquiry are ongoing, including a possible sighting about 2:25pm on Monday, March 2 in the area of Shore Street at Kinneddar Street, Lossiemouth.

"As a result of our enquiries, there will be heightened police activity in the Lossiemouth area as we continue our searches to trace Clive with officers from the community policing team being assisted by specialist resources.

“I would ask anyone who has seen Clive since midday on Monday, March 2, or has any information that may assist our enquiries, to please contact us immediately."

Anyone with information is asked to call Police on 101, quoting incident 2422 of March 7.
