Aberdeen's P+J Live to host five runnings of highly-anticipated Les Misérables in 2024

A HIGHLY-ANTICIPATED musical production will be coming to the north-east next October.
Critically-acclaimed producer, Cameron Mackintosh, has announced that Les Misérables The Arena Spectacular will be coming to Aberdeen's P&J Live from October 17 until October 20, 2024.
Mackintosh has produced a range of award-winning musicals including Hamilton, Mary Poppins, and The Phantom of the Opera.
He said: “Fans will get the chance to see their favourite stars in their favourite musical.
“Both the show and the score of Les Mis continues to win poll after poll around the world as the public’s favourite musical of all time containing so many of the most memorable and beloved songs ever written for the musical theatre.”
The world tour will be brought to the P&J Live in association with Nick Grace Management. The venue has recently hosted figures such as Elton John, Justin Bieber and Lewis Capaldi.
The tour will be expanded from the Les Misérables The Staged Concert which has played at the West End for over 200 record-breaking performances. It will also run through the stage musical’s 40th anniversary celebrations for the world’s longest-running musical.
