Postal voting packs en-route to Moray residents

POSTAL voting packs will dropping through letter boxes of homes across Moray this week ahead of the December 12 General Election.

Almost 14,000 voters – most of whom have already registered as existing postal voters from previous elections – will receive their packs in the first batch.

Postal voter poll cards have already been received by these voters, stating that postal votes will be issued from December 3. These voters will start to receive their postal votes around November 27.

The second issue of postal votes will be dispatched from December 3, for new postal voters and those who have recently made changes. The registration deadline and last date to apply for a postal vote is tomorrow.

If you wish to apply to vote by proxy, the deadline is by 5pm on Wednesday, December 4.
