A PUBLIC drop-in is taking place in Hopeman over a proposed housing development in the village.

Tulloch of Cummingston is developing a masterplan for a section of land designated for housing at the western edge of the community.

Members of the public are now being invited to attend a public exhibition to learn more about proposals.

The event will take place at the Memorial Hall, on Farquhar Street, on Thursday, November 21 from 3-7pm.

Residents are invited to view the exhibition boards and to comment on the detailed masterplan which has been prepared for planning submission.

At the event representatives of Tulloch of Cummingston will be on hand to answer questions raised by the public.
