Public invited to Death Café at Elgin Library

MORAY locals are being invited to attend a death café at Elgin Library.

Death cafés are open spaces for people to share stories of death, dying and the mystery of life.

The Moray Coast Death Café, run by spiritual companion Katie Sharrock, will be held on Thursday, May 11, from 4pm until 6pm at the library.

The café is being held as part of the Good Death Week, which takes place from May 11 to 17 and is organised by Scottish Good Life Good Death Good Grief.

All are welcome to attend. The event is free of charge – although donations to cover room hire will be welcomed – with tea and cake to be provided.
