Events are happening across the area with street parties, picnics, beacons and many other events.

You can find out what is happening in your area through our interactive Jubilee map.

One street party will be at Smith Drive in Elgin on Saturday from Noon to 5pm where around 150 residents and friends will gather to celebrate with a picnic and some fun.

Organised by Norma Watson and Heather Scott, the event will be raising money for the Salvation Army's Ukraine appeal.

Hugh Carter and Helen McKidd will be the King and Queen for the day, as they have each been residents in the street for 52 years.

Brian and Bet Wynne have also been residents for 41 years.

This is the third royal street party the residents have enjoyed in recent years, including one for the Queen's 60th jubilee in 2012.
