Large rise in Buckie Harbour fish landings

FISH landings at Buckie Harbour almost doubled last week.

A total of 701 boxes of fish/prawns/squid was landed by six vessels, as well as 51 bags of clams. This compares to 391 boxes and 83 bags the previous week.

The vessels landing were: Our May; Lily Oak VI; Boy Sam; Deeside; Chloe Ella; Camm Gracious.

A single cargo boat called at Buckie last week, the MV CM Coast (Liberia). She imported 1143.1 tonnes of malt from King's Lynn on November sailing light back there the following day.
