Swinging Sixties to be relived at Moray venue

A show celebrating music's greatest decade will be arriving soon on the stage of Elgin Town Hall

Twist & Shout begins with the worldwide explosion of the Mersey Beat in 1963.

It then continues singing and dancing through the era of Flower Power and Free Love during the late 60s.

A West End cast, backed by a live four-piece band, will perform the hits while dressed in the rapidly changing fashions of the times.

Over 40 classics from the likes of The Beatles, Hermans Hermits, Gerry & The Pacemakers, The Rolling Stones. Cilla Black, Manfred Mann, Dusty Springfield, Lulu and Sandy Shaw.

Twist & Shout will be at Elgin Town Hall on Saturday, July 2.
