A 17-year-old has been charged after a car crash at the foot of Forbeshill in Forres.
A police car, police van and an ambulance were in attendance after the one-vehicle collision at the turn-off from Victoria Road to Drumduan Road/Forbeshill on Friday night.
The ambulance transported the 17-year-old male to Dr Gray's in Elgin.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Officers were called to a report of a single car crash on Drumduan Road, Forres, at around 9.45pm on Friday, October 28.
“The 17-year-old male driver of the car was taken to Dr Gray’s Hospital in Elgin and released following treatment.
"He has also been charged in connection with road traffic offences.”
A red Ford was still at the scene with a 'police aware' sticker the next day.
The foot of Forbeshill is becoming somewhat of an accident blackspot, with a number of crashes there in the last few years.
The last was on April 7 of this year, when a 24-year-old was charged with road traffic offences after an incident at the same spot.
