TIGHTER Covid restrictions came into force today.
Customers buying takeaway food and coffee are no longer allowed inside premises and staff must serve customers from a hatch or doorway.
And only shops selling essential items, such as clothing, footwear, baby equipment, homeware and boosk, can provide click and collect services.
Alcohol cannot be consumed outdoors, trades people are only allowed into your home for essential home repairs and maintenance.
And the Scottish Government has reinforced the Stay at Home message.
Anyone who can work from home has to do so.
