Two people charged with a serious assault in Elgin

A 20-year old man and an 18-year old woman have been charged in connection with a serious assault in Elgin.
The incident happened at 11.40pm in Trinity Place on Friday, December 4.
A report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal and they are expected to appear at Elgin Sheriff Court at a later date.
