Views sought on tree sites after felling

MORAY Council is seeking residents' views on tree planting sites.

Sites have been identified for compensatory tree planting in Buckie, Dufftown, Elgin, Fogwatt, Forres and Lossiemouth – required when a planning application involves the felling of woodland.

Suggestions for additional or alternative sites are also welcome.

After the consultation ends on November 29, comments will be considered and a final list of sites will be presented to the council’s planning and regulatory services committee for approval.
