THE Moray Wedding Show saw couples flock to Elgin Town Hall on Sunday.

With the Covid pandemic in the rear view mirror – at least in terms of pubic restrictions – people were clearly desperate to get back to some kind of normal.

The first show since 2019 drew a great crowd as it returned to the town hall venue.

With more than 50 exhibitors and a fashion show, the event was a great success.

Organiser Lynn Gardner, of Highland News and Media, said: "It was great to have the Moray Wedding Show back after three years, The sun was shining and the turnout was phenomenal, I couldn't ask for more.

"I must say thank you to all the exhibitors who attended and everyone who gave up time out of their day to model in our fashion show."

After a difficult three years when weddings were severely restricted in terms of the number of guests who could attend, the enthusiasm of brides and grooms-to-be was clear to see on Sunday.

Exhibitors covered all sectors of the wedding industry – including Happy Ever After Alpacas – and many expressed confidence at the future with bookings picking up again as couples plan their big day again.
