WESTERTON Male Voice Choir is set to return to Elgin after a successful visit to the town last summer.

The Glasgow-based all-male choir won many new supporters – and a new member – on their north tour last summer, which saw visits to Elgin and Boat of Garten.

Such was the success that the group is planning to return to Elgin as early as May 2024.

Chairman Ken MacLeod said: "The choir is committed to promoting the many benefits, not just from the pleasure of singing but also from the physical and mental health and social aspects that are often forgotten.

"It was a successful time for the members in terms of bonding and bringing the choir’s wide range of choral music to the public as part of its charitable objectives."

The choir doesn't expect everyone to rush down to Glasgow to attend their Christmas concerts, there is a great opportunity to see them in action on Saturday evening of December 16 as their concert is being streamed live from Glasgow.

If you would like to view the concert then visit: www.ticketsource.co.uk/westerton-male-voice-choir and select the 'LIVESTREAM' option after 7pm on the 16th, or over the four weeks thereafter.
