Window smashed at Moray Firth Watersports Association in Lossiemouth

POLICE enquiries are ongoing after a window was smashed at a Lossiemouth premises.

Moray Firth Watersports Association in Lossie was damaged between April 29 and May 1, with a window smashed in.

A Moray Firth Watersports Association spokesperson said: "Sometime between Saturday afternoon and Monday afternoon, a beach-facing window was smashed.

"If you were passing within this time, can you let us know when you saw this damage. It will help us work out a more defined time frame and make reviewing CCTV more manageable.

"Thank you in advance. We really appreciate your help."

Police Scotland confirmed they received notification of the damage on Monday night. A spokesperson said: “At around 11.25pm on Monday, May 1, officers received a report of damage to a premises on Stotfield Road, Lossiemouth.

“Enquiries are ongoing.”
