Woman (57) reported missing from Lossiemouth as car is recovered

POLICE are appealing for the public’s help to trace Mary Fraser (57) who has been reported missing from Lossiemouth.

Mary was last seen at about 8am on Tuesday, February 13, in the Lossie area. Her car has since been discovered by police.

She is described as 5 foot 5 tall, with brown bobbed hair. When last seen she was wearing jeans, ankle length walking boots and a blue jacket.

Inspector Graeme Cupples, who is overseeing the enquiry, said: "We are increasingly concerned by Mary's disappearance, it is out of character for her to go missing.

"When she was last seen she was driving a white Kia Sportage motorcar.

"Her vehicle was later recovered on Inchbroom Road, Lossiemouth and I would urge anyone who knows Mary or saw her vehicle going about Lossiemouth to contact police."

Anyone who may have seen Mary since this time, or who has any information which could be relevant, is urged to contact Police Scotland via 101 quoting incident number 2925/13th.
