BUCKIE Thistle boss Gary Hake has some big decisions to make ahead of Saturday’s Scottish Cup clash with Turriff United at Victoria Park.

Then again, maybe he has the easiest decision to make as his in-form side continued their winning ways at Rothes last weekend.

The Jags had an impressive line-up of players not even in the squad at Mackessack Park.

Zander Sutherland and Lewis Mackinnon were all suspended, and they were joined on the sidelines at Rothes by Martin Charlesworth, Shaun Scott, Bob Duncan and David MacRae.

Sutherland will be clear of suspension for the cup game, although Mackinnon will still be banned.

The question for Hake is how much does he upset the balance of the team following the last two performances? Striker Aaron Shand may be a doubt after injuring his hamstring in the first half and Zander Sutherland would be an obvious replacement.

Buckie were comfortable 2-0 winners over Turriff two weeks ago but Hake knows they cannot read too much into that result.

“It will be a totally different game from the league game."
