The Forres side took on Nairn United at Roysvale and recorded a thumping 10-1 win, bringing their goal tally to 24 from four wins out of four so far.

Stuart Englemann scored twice with Gregor Ewan, Kyle Rowe, Connor Aubrey, John Ross, Jordan Allan and Davie Chambers also on target, while Shaun Stansfield netted United's consolation.

Perennial title challengers Elgin Thistle came away from their home tie against Mosset Tavern with a hard fought 4-2 win.

Stewart McLaren (2), Kris McLaren and Kieran Carty got the Jags goals with Matthew McMillan and a Cameron Duncan free kick replying for Mosset.

Champions Westerlea finally recorded their first win against a new-look Elgin Caledonian.

Craig Harrold opened the scoring for Caley but the champs showed their resolve to come back to win 2-1 courtesy of an Andrew McGee goal and a Ryan McPherson penalty.

The league's two new members battled it out at Elgin's Dovecot Park as The Vikings and Caberfeidh met for the first time.

Both sides lost a player to a serious head-knock requiring some hospital attention and stitches.

In the end, Jason Rumbles, Ethan Marini and Thomas Kielbasa (2) scored for Vikings to earn a 4-2 derby success.

Kinloss Sappers were awarded a 2-0 walkover as FC Elgin were unable to field a team.

Carisbrooke and Elgin Thistle both have a perfect record of four wins while Vikings have played a game less but won all three so far.
