ELGIN City came back from two goals down to beat Berwick Rangers in their final home match in Division 3.

The 3-2 win ended a run of seven games without a win - including six defeats - for the Borough Briggs outfit.

Fittingly, Elgin captain Paul Kaczan scored the winning goal in his 200th league appearance for the club.

It looked bleak for the Black and Whites when Berwick midfielder Paul Currie scored twice inside the opening 20 minutes of the match.

City were thrown a lifeline before half time when they were awarded a penalty for a foul on Brian Cameron, and Jason Crooks netted from the spot.

A much improved second half show by the home side saw Neil MacDonald score his first-ever goal for the club to equalise, before Kaczan fired into the roof of the net to grab Elgin's 79th minute winner.

Ross Jack's team have only one match to play this season, when they visit Division 3 champions Arbroath on Saturday.
