Maud juniors manager Allan Hale has been appointed the new boss at Keith.
The news has just been announced by Kynoch Park chief executive Andy Troup.
Hale (27) played Highland League for Fraserburgh before going into management at Maud three years ago.
He will see Keith for the first time at Lossiemouth tomorrow, but caretaker boss Jim Stables will be in charge for the last time.
Troup said he was delighted to welcome Hale on board and believes he is the right man to take the Maroons forward following Gordon Winton's decision to quit last month because of increased work commitments and disappointing results.
Troup has also revealed to the Scot that he hopes Jim Stables, brother of chairman Sandy Stables, will remain at the club in some capacity.
