Scottish Golf has announced the Home Internationals Team Selections for forthcoming events in Wales and England.
Some familiar faces and trophy winners are present in the women's selection and all players have had various memorable highlights this season so far.
Lorna McClymont defended her title at the 2023 Flogas Irish Women’s Amateur Open Championship and also won the Welsh Women's Strokeplay Championship.
Meanwhile Jasmine Mackintosh clinched victory over McClymont earlier this season at the 2023 Helen Holm Scottish Women's Open Championship in Troon, whilst Carmen Griffiths lifted the trophy at the 2023 Scottish Women's Amateur Championship.
Jennifer Saxton took third place at the Helen Holm and second place at the Welsh Women's Strokeplay Championship, whilst Ailsa Brannock took third place at the 2023 Scottish Women’s Amateur. Megan Ashley and Penelope Brown have also placed strongly in various tournaments so far this season.
Asitha Ashok and Sheridan Clancy are both newcomers to the girls’ team selections, which is otherwise comprised of regulars to the Scottish Golf squads, with many of the competitors listed having previously represented Scotland in the Girls at the Quadrangular, Home Internationals and European Team Championships.
The men's team selection also reflects some strong performances.
Connor Graham was crowned 2023 Men's Scottish Open Champion whilst his older brother, Gregor, came third in the African Amateur Stroke Play Championship.
Earlier this season Andrew Davidson won the East of Scotland Open, Jack McDonald won the Battle Trophy and Niall Shiels Donegan won the Hawaii State Amateur Championship.
Gregor Tait placed runner up in the Australian Amateur Masters and Oliver Mukherjee was the 2022 Scottish Men's Amateur Champion.
Angus Carrick and Matthew Wilson have also both placed strongly in events this season.
In the boys' team Scott Spark, Brodie Cunningham, Jake Johnston and Aidan Lawson have all enjoyed a strong performance across the various Order of Merit events, and Cunningham and Lawson (the latter is aged just 14 years old) have already represented Scotland at the Quadrangulars earlier this year.
