Moray led for much of the contest but lost out to a last-gasp try in a closely-fought match at Morriston.
Moray received the kick off and immediately began to play their signature brand of open attacking rugby. It took until the 15th minute for the first points to be scored when Moray kicked a penalty to touch deep in their opponents 22.
The line-out was secured and driven before wing Connor McWilliam made ground and off-loaded to centre Ben Taylor who touched down under the posts. Rory Millar converted for a 7-0 lead.
Grammar responded two minutes later when their winger made a powerful break down the right and passed inside for a converted try close to the posts.
In the second quarter Moray defended well but conceded two penalties for offside at rucks, both converted to give the visitors a six-point lead.
