City play host to Stenhousemuir in a League 2 match, rescheduled from October 7 when Borough Briggs was waterlogged.

It is the Black and Whites' first outing since the 6-0 defeat at Peterhead on September 30.

And its been 38 days since they last played on home soil, defeating Dumbarton on September 16.

As well as the postponement of the Stenny game this month, City's home clash with Forfar Athletic on Saturday was called off to prevent anyone travelling across an area affected by Storm Babet.

In between the two cancellations, Elgin had a blank weekend due to the international break when only SPFL Trust Trophy ties were contested.

City manager Barry Smith expects to have captain Matthew Cooper, Mitch Taylor and Ben Barron back after recent absences.

Russell Dingwall, Matty Wright and Matty Jamieson remain on the sidelines.
