GREG Yeates claimed glory in Elgin Golf Club five-day open's scratch competition shoot-out.

Rebecca Grant is the new ladies scratch champ after her win over Donna MacKintosh in the final.

The JAG Innes Cup was won by James Pirie after he edged out Christopher Pastakia in the final.

Bill Thomson is the seniors' winner with Patsy McNamara the beaten finalist.

Ladies handicap vase was won by Barbara Lock against Fiona Black and Cameron Milne saw off Darren McKenzie in the WJ Clark Cup.

Finally, Grant Weatherston from Tulliallan lifted the Engineers Salver, defeating home hopeful Brett Mathieson.
