ROTHES’ latest bid for a first Highland League win of the season takes them to Fraserburgh tonight (Wednesday).

The Speysiders visit Bellslea Park with new signings Blair McDonald and Lee Wilson on board, the latter having penned a deal after impressing on trial.

Rothes boss Fraser Bremner will also have a junior trialist on board for the match.

Already choosing from a tight squad, Bremner has four key players on the injury list for the midweek clash and also Saturday’s home game against Clach.

Recent signings Dan Smith and Sean MacKay, experienced front man Craig Macmillan and winger Callum McIntosh are all out.

Also in action tonight at Turriff United and Fort William, who meet at The Haughs.
