THE continuing rise of Covid-19 positive cases has already impacted on this weekend's Highland League football card.
Forres Mechanics' game at home to Brora Rangers on Saturday was called off on Tuesday morning due to Covid issues in both camps.
Forres have reported six positive cases in their squad with others self-isolating, meaning they have been unable to train this week.
Fort William's match against Nairn County at Station Park has also been called off, with many other clubs closely monitoring the situation with daily testing.
