TWO Brian Cameron goals and a Thomas Reilly ‘screamer’ helped Elgin City to their latest victory.

The Black and Whites, with Ross County loan signing Tony Dingwall making his debut, won 3-1 at Cowdenbeath on Saturday (see Elgin City TV highlights of the match above).

Two Cameron strikes including an early penalty put City in control at the break, before Reilly fired in a spectular third midway through the second half.

Cowdenbeath had two players sent off but still managed a late consolation goal.

Dingwall, who joined the club last week on loan from County for a month, impressed in his first outing.

There was a setback for the visitors when Morton loan defender Lewis Strapp went off with a head injury inside the first 15 minutes.

The win means new City manager Gavin Price, who was manager of the month for October, has picked up four victories in his first five games in charge.

They remain in fifth place in League 2 but bounced back from the previous week’s home defeat to Peterhead in style.

Elgin take a break from league action on Saturday when they visit Championship side Dumbarton in the third round of the Scottish Cup.
