Beith Juniors won last season's West of Scotland Premier Division and lead the way with a 100 per cent record in this season's league.

They proved to be too powerful for Lossie at Grant Park on Saturday, winning 4-0 - watch highlights below.

Beith were dominant from the start and it took some good defending and confident handling from home keeper Cammy Farquhar to keep the scoresheet blank for 35 minutes.

Liam Archibald lobbed just over in a rare Lossie breakaway before Beith scored a first half opener through former Rangers man Blair Rossiter.

The Coasters made a confident start to the second half, threatening an equaliser before Beith centre back Scot Rough nodded home from a corner at the other end.

Another left-sided corner caught out Lossie again on 62 minutes, ex-Celtic and Edinburgh City man Ciaran Diver heading home.

A late Carlo Monti close-range effort from a back post header finished off a plucky home challenge, with Beith now hosting Broomhill in round two.
