Allan Hale admired his Elgin City team's will to win in Saturday's 1-1 draw with Forfar Athletic.

The City manager felt his team created the better chances in the match but wasn't too despondent at having to share the points.

He raised concerns at his team's injury list, with Bradford City loanee Freddy Jeffreys joining Dajon Golding and Ross Draper in picking up hamstring injuries.

Hale said he was pleased with his team's consistency in recent weeks and wants Elgin to be in the mid-table mix, away from the scramble at the bottom to avoid the relegation play-offs.
