Allan Hale believes his Elgin City side will learn from Saturday's 1-0 defeat at home to Dumbarton and continue their improvement in League 2.
The City manager introduced three new signings to the match while a fourth was making his first Borough Briggs appearance.
Hale wants his team to get fitter and expects them to get to know each other better over the coming weeks to gel into a better performing side.
Watch Hale's post-match interview below.
He praised Mark Gallagher, Lyall Booth and Keith Bray who all made their Elgin debuts in the match.
And he is pleased with increased competition for places, particularly with a vital game at home to Clyde on Tuesday night which can allow him to make changes to his team without compromising on quality.
City have fixed the floodlight which was uprooted by Storm Isha earlier this week, and the midweek match will go ahead as planned.
