The Black and Whites lost the home leg of their League 1 play-off semi-final 1-0 to Edinburgh City on Saturday - see Edinburgh City TV highlights below.

Josh Campbell punished Elgin slackness to score the only goal of the contest in first half injury time.

The Edinburgh win extended Elgin's run without victory against the Citizens to ten matches since 2018, and they have lost all four this season.

That will need to change on Tuesday night or Elgin's season will be over, and boss Price is calling on his men to rise to the big occasion.

Just two weeks ago, Elgin were five points off the play-offs and needed to dig out big wins over Stranraer, Stirling and Queen's Park to earn their crack at Edinburgh.

Price says the task of overturning the Edinburgh deficit is another part of the tough mission his side faces in gaining a first promotion in the club's history.

"There’s no point in moaning about it, we are in the tie and we are confident," he said.

"We know we can do this, it’s 90 minutes away from a final so we will be giving it everything we can to get there.

"When Stranraer had beaten Queen’s Park a couple of weeks ago and Stirling beat Edinburgh, it looked like we had a mountain to climb. It’s just in a mini stage of that.

"We have shown all season that we can respond and we need to go again."
