Moray professional boxer Fraser Wilkinson knows he faces a tough opponent in his quest to become Scottish super-welterweight champion.
In part 2 of an interview at his Elgin Amateur Boxing Club gym, Wilkinson spoke about tomorrow's title fight against Corey McCulloch.
He is wary of the Arbroath fighter, who took Aberdeen’s Dean Sutherland the full distance earlier this year in a WBC International silver welterweight title fight, which highly-rated Sutherland won on points.
Wilkinson attended that bout, but still feels certain he will have the Scottish belt round his waist on Saturday evening.
“One hundred per cent – there’s no way I’m going to lose it.
“Give Corey his credit, he’s been ten rounds with Dean on a week’s notice, which is pretty spectacular in itself.
“I was there to watch that fight.
“We’ve been sparring so we are good mates, so it’s sad that it’s got to be him.
“But it’s business. He’s in the way and I’ve got to deal with it.”
