LEWIS Mackinnon says Buckie Thistle will fight to the bitter end in their quest to pip Fraserburgh to the Highland League title.

Mackinnon spoke after scoring Jags' second goal in Wednesday's 2-0 victory at Forres Mechanics - see interview below.

Fraserburgh stayed top with a 4-2 success at Strathspey Thistle and the gap remains one point with three games left for both sides.

Kyle MacLeod scored a fifth minute opener and Mackinnon made it 2-0 on the stroke of half time as Buckie were made to work hard for their win by a determined home side.
