TOM McHale played his first League 2 match of the season and kept Elgin City's first shut-out in the 3-0 victory over Albion Rovers.

The City keeper had been on the bench for his team's first two league games, a 1-1 draw with Stranraer and a 3-1 loss at Cowdenbeath.

McHale was recalled for the midweek SPFL Trust Trophy win at Hibernian Colts and kept his place against Albion on Saturday.

In his post-match interview above, McHale speaks about his good relationship with Elgin's other goalkeeper Daniel Hoban.

He talks about his disappointment at not playing in recent matches and his determination to stay in the team and help get more clean sheets and results.
