Frank McGettrick's side have made a habit of taking points off more fancied opponents this season.

They recently drew at Formartine United and have also drawn against top sides like Banks O' Dee and Brora Rangers this term.

A Locos side unbeaten in four and fast improving under manager Dean Donaldson started Saturday's contest as favourites to win.

Striker Brandon Hutcheson opened the scoring just before the hour with a good individual effort, finishing with a left foot snap shot.

The lead lasted less than ten minutes, as unfortunate Lossie defender James Leslie tried to clear a ball across goal and only succeeded in hooking it into the top corner of his own net.

Hutcheson had another chance to win it for the Coasters but was denied by the home keeper.
