Lossie Green car park in Elgin set for coronavirus testing centre

A CORONAVIRUS testing centre is being set up in the Lossie Green car park in Elgin.

Last night, Moray Council urged anyone with a vehicle on the town hall side of the car park to move it immediately.

With the majority of cars out of the way, cones and tape has now sectioned off an area of the car park, with a sign reading "covid-19 testing" in place.
