A 35-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with a wilful fire-raising.
The incident occurred around 1.40am on Wednesday, October, 26 in North Street, Bishopmill, Elgin.
The man is due to appear at Elgin Sherriff Court on Monday, October 31.
