Teen (15) returns to court charged with 'murder' of Elgin bus driver Keith Rollinson at Elgin Bus Station

THE YOUTH accused of murdering Elgin bus driver Keith Rollinson today appeared in court for a second time.

The 15-year-old charged with the bus driver's murder appeared at Elgin Sheriff Court today.

The 15-year-old boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was brought to Elgin Sheriff Court charged with murder.

He made no plea and was remanded in custody.

No date has been set for his next appearance.

A candle-lit vigil was held in memory of Mr Rollinson in the centre of Elgin on Saturday evening.

The 58-year-old died in Dr Gray's Hospital following an incident at the town's bus station on Friday, February 2.

Mr Rollinson's family shared their tribute to the late husband and father last week.
