The Black and Whites have allowed current loanee Kevin Hanratty to return to Pittodrie and taken in 19-year-old Dons winger Tyler Mykyta in his place.

Mykyta, like Hanratty, spent the first half of the season in the Highland League at Formartine United where he scored six goals including a left foot cracker against Cumnock in the Scottish Cup, see below.

The young Don also had a loan spell at Turriff United last season.

Hanratty made just three loan appearances for Elgin since joining last month.

City manager Gavin Price also brought in defender Jevan Anderson on loan from Cove Rangers this week, and released centre back Aldin El-Zubaidi.

More Elgin City: "I'd quit if I didn't think I was the man to take Elgin forward".

The Black and Whites will now have listed 35 players in their first team squad this season with the addition of Anderson and Mykyta.
