ELGIN City will travel to Hill of Beath Hawthorn in the third round of the Scottish Cup.

After defeating Falkirk-based Camelon Juniors 4-0 at Borough Briggs on Saturday, the Black and Whites will make the trip to Fife in the next round.

Hill of Beath have been knocked out by Highland League sides Keith and Huntly respectively in their last two Scottish Cup campaigns.

But this campaign they defeated Inverurie Locos in Fife, before a 1-0 away victory over Newtongrange Star landed them in the hat for today's draw.

In their league – the East of Scotland Premier Division – Hill of Beath are 14th out of 16. By way of comparison, Camelon are 14th out of 16 in the tier directly below.

Elsewhere, the Highland League's three remaining sides were all given home draws against SPFL opposition.

Fraserburgh, who shocked League Two Stranraer on Saturday, will welcome Championship side Arbroath to Bellslea Park.

Wick Academy, winners against Benburb, will take on League One side Falkirk, and Formartine United will host League Two side Stenhousemuir.

Ties are due to take place on the weekend of November 25/26.
